The acai berry that is obtained from the jungles of the Amazon is of the size of the grapes. They are similar to grapes not just in their appearance but also in their property of containing the antioxidants.

Acai berry contains not just the antioxidants but a large number of other beneficial nutrients like minerals, many vitamins like A, D and E, essential amino acids, essential fatty acids and the fibers.
