Just what is Health?

How would you define health? Will it be a situation of complete physical, mental and social well-being? Is literally the product the absence of disease or infirmity? Or possibly is health an origin for everyday activities, as opposed to the objective of living; good direction concept, emphasising social and personal resources in addition to physical capabilities?

When exercising, it becomes even more important to have a good diet to ensure that the body has the correct ratio of macronutrients whilst providing ample micronutrients; this is to aid the body in the recovery process following strenuous exercise.
